Amazing Itch Relief!

My rescue laboratory beagle had an ongoing terrible itch across her back and sides. She was constantly biting and scratching. Nothing seemed to work! I tried your Bovine Colostrum along with a good daily brushing and her itch was reduced by 95%! This is an amazing product and my Rosie girl loves it. She looks forward to her ā€œtreatā€ every day!

Nature's Immunity

Bovine Colostrum is Mother Nature's miracle. This first milk from nursing cows naturally provides the building blocks for a healthy gut and immune response.

  • Supports a healthy gut: Provides IgA antibodies for a healthy gut lining.
  • Immune support: Provides proline-rich polypeptide and lactoferrin for a balanced immune response in dogs with seasonal or environmental allergies.Ā
  • Ethically sourced: Our small farmers make sure the calves get all the colostrum for the first 12 hours. This ensures the calves get the immune support they need before the colostrum is collected to share with dogs.Ā
  • 100% grass-fed: Our super premium colostrum comes from pastured cows in pristine New Zealand.
  • Third party tested: Every batch of colostrum is 3rd party tested to be free of growth hormones and antibiotics.

rBGH-free bovine colostrum

Bovine colostrum, the first form of milk produced by cows immediately after giving birth, is rich in antibodies, growth factors, and nutrients, offering potent immune-supporting properties. It supports the gut lining and maintains gastrointestinal health.

Bovine colostrum can also benefit skin health due to its high content of growth factors, such as insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) and transforming growth factor (TGF), which support healthy skin cells. Its natural antibodies and lactoferrin also support a normal inflammatory response in the skin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does colostrum come from?

Colostrum is an important part of the first milk in mammals. Our colostrum is collected from pasture-raised, grass-fed, antibiotic-free and hormone-free cows. Bovine colostrum can be used in many different species.

How is the colostrum collected?

The calves get the colostrum all to themselves for the first 12 hours. After that, the colostrum is collected and shared with the calf. This ensures the calves are protected and healthy since they are a future part of the family farms we work with.

Calves are never separated from their mothers, even during collection time. This ensures the best quality colostrum and an ethical approach to farming. After collection, the colostrum is gently dried into a powder form.Ā

Can colostrum help support the gut?Ā

One of the primary ingredients in colostrum is proline-rich polypeptide (PRP), which is known to help maintain a balanced immune response. Colostrum also contains immunoglobulins (IgG and IgA) that can help support a healthy gut and a balanced immune response.

If my dog has a beef sensitivity, can he still take colostrum?

If your dog has a beef sensitivity, he may still tolerate colostrum since the proteins are different. Colostrum also contains a lot less lactose than milk, so can be tolerated by some dogs with lactose intolerance.

If your dog has a sensitivity to beef or dairy, start with a very small amount or check with your veterinarian.

Whatā€™s the best way to give my dog colostrum?

For best results, give your dog colostrum at least 20 minutes before his/her next meal.

You can mix it with a little bit of broth or spring water if you like. This product can be given long term.

Should I store this product in the fridge?

You do not need to store colostrum in the fridge but itā€™s best to keep it in a cool, dark place away from high temperatures.

Is Bovine Colostrum Pasteurized?

Our bovine colostrum is not pasteurized. It is freeze dried to help maintain beneficial immunoglobulins (IgG &IgA) to support a healthy gut and balanced immune response.
