AutoShip sends your dog's favorite product to your home on a schedule you choose. Created so you never run out, you save 15% on and earn 3% cashback every AutoShip order. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime with a couple of clicks right in your own account.

After you place your AutoShip order, we'll email you order details. We’ll get your package ready and shipped to you quickly. You’ll be put on a reorder schedule that then sends the product you selected on a timeframe that you also choose.

No. There's no commitment. No contract. No minimums. You’re in control. Skip, pause or cancel whenever you like.

Of course. Set your delivery schedule to every any number of days you like … you're in complete control. In you account, click on the AutoShip product you’d like to update then click “more” and choose “Edit Frequency”.

Yes. you can change your address in your account anytime. Login, click “Addresses” and from there you can make changes.

Login to your account, click “AutoShip Manager” and you can change your credit card for any ongoing AutoShip at anytime.

We'll call or email you right away. If you decide to keep the AutoShip running you will be charged as normal and your product will arrive the moment it's back in stock.
